We do not charge for creating artwork for your order in the following situations:
• Web designs - pick one of the hundreds of designs on our website and customize them in any way. Text, colors, etc.
• Customer provided artwork - if you provide us with a vector based Illustrator EPS file with the fonts converted.
• Order 48 shirts or more.
We charge $30 for creating artwork in the following situations:
• Custom artwork - we create a custom design for less than 48 shirts.
• Web designs - you have us customize a web design but fail to place an order.
• Customer provided artwork - if you provide files that are not production ready such as a JPG, PUB, DOC, etc for less than 48 shirts.
• If you would like to purchase files of your artwork after it is approved, they are available at the following rates:
• JPG or PNG - $30
• EPS - $200
