We have access to hundreds of brands and manufacturers that vary in quality, cut, and price. Let us know what your preferences are, and we'll find the right product for you.
Can I see a sample before the order is printed?
It is extremely important to us that you are satisfied with your order. One way to ensure your satisfaction is to let you see a sample shirt before you receive your order. While we can not send you a sample with your design printed on it, we will be happy to send a blank sample of the shirt you have selected. Many times at no charge! Please ask your sales representative for more details.
Design
Do you make custom designs?
Yes, we create custom designs. We suggest that you start by checking out the hundreds of Designs on our website. You can use key words to help your search.
Can the designs on the website be changed?
Yes. We can change them in any way, the text, colors, print placement, etc.
How long does it take to see my design?
You will receive your design via email typically in about a week. This time does fluctuate seasonally. If you have placed an order, you will get your design faster than if you have only submitted a design request.
How do I make revisions?
Once you receive your design, simply reply to that email with your approval or requested revisions. Or, you can call your sales representative and discuss any concerns.
Can I submit my own design?
Yes. Please email your sales representative a vector based Illustrator EPS file with fonts converted. We can work with any file type, but charges may apply. See Artwork Policy for more details.

How much do the products cost?
Since the products are custom made, the cost varies based on the details of your order. Please contact a sales representative or see Pricing for more info.
What information is needed to get a quote?
To quote an order accurately, we need to know how many you will order, the number of print locations, the number of imprint colors, and the type of garment.
How do I get a quote?
Contact a sales representative or request a quote from our website by adding apparel items to your quote bag.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges vary based on the weight and distance of the shipment. T-shirts are typically about $0.25 each to ship.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We will not charge sales tax if your organization is not located in the state of Kentucky or if you are a tax exempt organization. Please provide the appropriate documentation when you place your order.
Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed with a sales representative via phone, email, or fax. Orders can not be placed online.
What is the minimum order?
• Apparel Screenprinting - 24 pieces of the same design.
• Embroidery - 6 pieces of the same design.
• Accessories and other promotional products - varies from 1 to 1,000, please contact your sales representative.
What information is needed to place my order?
Your contact info, in hands date, delivery method, product style, color, and sizes. Artwork can be finalized after the order is placed. However, you do not have to have all the information ready when you call us. Our sales team will be happy to consult with you on the best product, design, and size breakdown for your project.

Shipping
How will I know my order has shipped?
The day after your order ships you will receive an email with the UPS tracking information
What should I expect when my order arrives?
• When your order arrives, each box should have a label with its contents clearly marked, and one of the boxes should have a packing list for your entire order.
• Please confirm that the contents match the packing list as soon as you receive it, before distributing! Please contact your sales representative if there are any discrepancies or misprints.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks and all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
When do I need to pay?
If you do not have an account, we require a deposit of half the total order and final payment on delivery. If you have an account you are on net 30 terms.
When will I receive a bill?
You will receive a bill via email once your order has shipped, delivered, or picked up.
What do I do if I have a question about my bill ?
Please contact your sales representative with any questions or concerns about your bill.
