Standard Spoilage Policy:


•    If you receive an order that contains a misprinted or damaged product in it, please contact your sales representative as soon as possible.           

•    You will not be charged for the misprinted or damaged garment, but if the number of defective shirts is less than 3% of the order, the product will not be replaced.

•    It is standard in the custom printing industry to allow a 3% spoilage rate.  That means that on an order of 100 shirts, if three or less are misprinted, then those garments will be deducted from your invoice, but not reprinted.  To be clear, you will NOT be charged for misprinted shirts.  But when ordering please include a few extra shirts to allow for any spoilage.        

•    If the total number of misprints exceeds 3%, then you have the option to have them reprinted, or send them back for a full credit for the misprinted garments.

•    While there is always a possibility of issues with custom orders, we make every effort to insure your order gets done correctly and delivered on time.  We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and service.
